GAMA Distributor Hub
The Distributor Hub works on the same platform as the GAMA Asset Library but has more complex requirements, such as user permissions and a different homepage. It also relies more heavily on a self-service system, such as a request for permission to access assets and a function for editing educational materials.

Distributor Hub
As Distributor Hub was created after the GAMA Asset Library I was able to focus more on the specific requirements rather than having to design the basics.
Challenges & Requirements
The main challenge was the variety of legal and regulatory requirements for each country. For example, images with certain claims are not allowed in certain countries meaning we had to restrict access to certain users.
The business wanted to create a system to allow distributors to adjust certain aspects of our educational posters to allow them fast access to these. This system required a lot of testing to ensure it worked correctly without any bugs.
Solutions
Deliverables achieved included:
- Creating a range of user-profiles enabling different user permissions that can be allocated by the admin.
- Self serve hospital training posters.
- Collections for distributors to use when joining the business.
- A button on all assets which allows distributors to request permission to assets they may not have access to, due to restrictions.
- Bespoke homepage hosting key collections for distributors.
