The old website was messy and out of date designed originally on wordpress making it very difficult to update content on it despite the requirement for regular updates to Legal Data sheets on products.

Where to start!

The Design team at GAMA sat down with business and other teams in the business and wrote a wish list of their requirements to go through. Teams inclueded the Sales Team, clinical team, Admin and the regularity Team and more. The main stakeholders wanted to wanted a hard launch rather then a soft launch requiring additional resource and many conversations with business on what this would.

- Content being fed from new application being developed where GAMA Assets were hosted (DAM) system.
- Third party developer team - additional resource required to stay aligned and be on say timeline.
- Creating new content, imagery and copy, was being created along side website build.
